Each hoist is manufactured to meet or exceed HMI, H3/H4, OSHA, ANSI and NEC standards for duty cycles
Available in standard hoist open loop, standard hoist closed loop, hazardous location hoist open loop and hazardous location hoist closed loop.
Capacities ranging from 3 Ton-50 Ton

Hoist Motors:

Heavy Duty Class D, E and F motors
Optional 60 minute rated fan cooled motors
Built in thermal sensors to prevent overheating
Rated for Class 1, Division 2

Detroit Hoist Brake:

DC rectified double sided disc brake.
Optional dynamic braking through VFD
Self-adjusting mechanical load brake acts as a secondary braking system to control the load independent of the motor brake.

Hoist Gearbox:

Enclosed gear case with oil level sight glass
Forged alloy gears
Lifetime lubricated gear train

Rope Drum:

Precision machined to accurate OD allowing the full length of the wire rope in one layer.
Rope wedges lock the rope securely

Hoist Controls:

NEMA 12 sheet metal enclosures for most indoor environments
Optional Radio Control
Optional frequency inverters
Special environment controls are available

Single Girder Monorail Trolley
Motorized or hand geared
