SUSPA Movotec Hydraulic Height Adjustment Work Table Systems

The hydraulic Movotec adjustment system consists of hydraulic lift cylinders and a pump that is driven with a hand crank or an electric motor. The drive generated in this way drives the oil out of the pump into the cylinders or from the cylinders back into the pump causing the extension or retraction within the provided adjustment range (stroke).

SUSPA Lift Table Accessories

Many accessory options are available with SUSPA at a much lower cost than the competition, including a programmable digital display switch that can be retrofitted in the field and do not require factory synchronization, 20 inch stroke 4-post systems and Corner Leg Systems compatible with any aluminum profile extrusions with T-slots.

SUSPA offers a low-cost digital display, 4-preset programmable switch. This programmable switch can be added to any electric SUSPA system in place of the standard low profile toggle switch (copied above) for just minimal cost adder to the system when purchased or this SUSPA digital display switch can be purchased as an add-on accessory. Unlike the competitors programmable switch, the SUSPA programmable switch does not add hundreds in cost and does not have to be programmed at the factory like other programmable switches do. The SUSPA programmable switch just plugs into the back of the pump and offers 4 programmable settings with a digital display that shows you exactly what height you are using.

SUSPA offers 20-inch stroke 4-post systems for hundreds less than the competition. A 4-cylinder, manual and electric 20-inch stroke SUSPA systems with 1,000-pound capacity are available. The SUSPA 20-inch stroke systems come with the same folding handle as the other manual 4-cylinder systems come with.

SUSPA Offers their Corner Leg Systems compatible with any aluminum profile extrusions with T-slots. This Corner Leg system is SUSPA's Internal Cylinder mount system which houses the leg cylinder inside their aluminum profile, and you can join it to any aluminum profile structure with T-Slots.

Movotec SMS Electric Retrofit Table Lift System

The Movotec SMS (Spindle Motor System) is a fully electric and mechanical (electromechanical) lift system for heavy loads with lift capacities up to 2,000 pounds. The SMS systems are used to create an adjustable height workstation or workplaces that are used when sitting or standing. These systems are a component of partly completed machinery. The lifting elements are designed for compressive loads; intended to be incorporated into other machinery or other partly completed machinery, equipment and integrated with a separate support framework to form a complete height adjustable work machine, lift table or height adjustable workstation. The lifting system components are driven by electric motors and synchronized by a controller. The system works purely electromechanically and without the use of hydraulics. Movotec SMS Assembly Profile for Work Systems.

This very compact solution already integrates the electrical lifting actuators into the aluminum extrusion leg profiles. With the standard dimension of 40x80 mm or 45x90 mm, the systems are compatible with many commonly sold aluminum extrusion profiles and fastening systems such as angle brackets or direct connectors.
