R&M Wire Rope 7.5 Ton Hoist Installation

Problem: During periodic inspection for a customer, we found a few hoists that had reached their safe working limits.

Solution: Our experienced service technicians installed a new 7.5 Ton R&M wire rope hoist.

End Result: The installation was scheduled around machine down time, the work was planned, and we found some efficiencies to save time. The load test was completed and start up went uneventfully, the new equipment was waiting on the customer when the machines were brought back up for production.

Other Notes: These hoists will perform picks every 16 minutes or so, pretty much 24 hours a day. We partner with our customers to understand what they need and find ways to meet strict down time needs.
